Halloween III isn't overrated or underrated. The Fear Street films are just straight up entertaining and a great love letter to different eras of horror. It's more than possible to continue the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise without involving Robert Englund and still make decent films with an impactful Krueger. Leigh Whannel is a better director than James Wan. The Conjuring 3 was absolutely a worthy sequel in the franchise, and is better than 2 (but not the first installment).
